A dynamic OM Manuals Training Manager leads a team of writers in producing customers' operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and managing the interface between the Design and Build team and OM team.Hitachi Rail is a global provider of rail solutions, present in 38 countries, with over 13,000 employees, aiming to contribute to society through superior rail transport solutions.Responsibilities:Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation.Ensure on-time provision of OM deliverables and milestones according to project schedule and budget.Prepare and deliver Operation Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan.Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course.Ensure Technical Writers effectively prioritize high-priority feature release work with other content, experience, and process improvements.Qualifications:Pioneering spirit and integrity.2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team.Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems that comprise a metro system.Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications.Ability to learn new technical skills quickly.Knowledge and experience in application of railway Technical-Logistic support documentation.International experience and ability to manage international projects.Knowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliers.Negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.Experience in modern Lean and Agile Organization.Hitachi Rail is an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse environment.
