O&M Manuals & Training ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the creation of operation and maintenance documentation, training courses, and interface management in a rapidly changing environment.About Us:A career at Hitachi Rail offers a unique opportunity to be part of a global organization that works at the cutting-edge of digital transformation and technology, with a strong focus on sustainable work practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage technical writers to produce high-quality operation and maintenance documentationEnsure timely delivery of O&M documentation and preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and training programsCollaborate with subcontractors to prepare technical specifications for manuals and training coursesDevelop an understanding of customer needs, review customer feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvementParticipate in project phases within project scheduleRequired Skills/Knowledge:Pioneering spiritIntegrity3-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systemsAbility to develop knowledge of technical products, processes, and applicationsExcellent communication skillsLeadership skillsDesired Skills/Knowledge:Operation and maintenance processesRAMS and maintenance plan processPlanning and organizationExperience in editing software programsEducation/Qualifications:Electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering degreeLanguages:English proficiency is essentialThis role is based in Pistoia, Italy, and requires international experience and ability to manage projects worldwide.Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
