Responsabile Manuals

Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, ensuring timely delivery of OM deliverables and milestones. Develop an understanding of customer needs and implement customer feedback. Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure review of operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of technical writers to produce high-quality documents
* Ensure timely delivery of OM deliverables and milestones

* Review operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors

Requirements:
* 2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team
* Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems
* Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* International experience and ability to manage international projects
* Knowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliers
* Experience in modern Lean and Agile Organization

Desired skills in operation and maintenance processes, RAMS and Maintenance Plan process, planning and organization, and editing software programs
