We're looking for a self-motivated Project Manager.
In this role you'll be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer and project issues, and manage a project team
- Lead cross-functional Project Teams from Manufacturing, Quality, Design, Development, & Purchasing
- Monitor progress of projects, ensuring that milestones are achieved and providing reporting to leadership
- Develop and follow project plans and ensure target dates are met
- Provide necessary documents for each project milestone release and ensure project status are communicated timely to all stakeholders
- Lead Frequent meeting for new project kick-off, project progress discussion and alignment
- Evaluate project results and coordinate lessons learned, opportunities for improvement for future project teams.
- Support RFI/RFQ activities in providing feasible work breakdown, manpower planning, and development schedule
Skills Qualification and Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Project Manager or similar roles in the automotive industry
- Experience in managing automotive related project is essential
- Ability to manage the different phases of the project life cycle, budgets, contracts, schedule, etc.
- Need to be flexible to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules, changing requirements and unpredictable events
- Good knowledge in the areas of product development processes and quality assurance
- Knowledge of IATF16949 and/or VDA will be added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, planning and organizational skills
Advanced working knowledge of Power Point and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage pressure
- Exceptional communication skills
- Upper intermiadate English (B2)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience
