Commercial Manager Italy A leading company in the office furniture and communal spaces sector is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join their team in Italy.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the ownership and be responsible for managing and coordinating the Commercial and Marketing Area, driving business growth and success.
The Commercial Manager will play a key role in coordinating the sales network nationwide, interacting with top company figures, and developing the commercial plan to achieve growth strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and negotiate new business opportunities and contracts Coordinate the sales network in the territory, interacting with key company stakeholders Analyse the market and identify new opportunities for growth Develop and implement the commercial plan, defining growth strategies and objectives in agreement with the ownership Manage and motivate the commercial/marketing team, currently 10 agents, to achieve sales targets Optimise sales performance and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing customers Requirements: Proven experience in commercial management and account coordination Ability to work autonomously and proactively define strategies and objectives Strong communication and collaboration skills Work Environment: The Commercial Manager will be based in Udine, with frequent travel throughout the national territory.
