July 2021 Commercial Manager Italy A company operating in the office furniture and communal spaces sector is looking for a Commercial Manager Italy .
The ideal candidate will report to the ownership and will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Commercial and Marketing Area.
They will coordinate the network of agents nationwide, supporting them in their visits and sharing the commercial strategy with them, constantly monitoring its implementation.
The resource will be responsible for: Identifying, negotiating, and finalizing new contacts and contracts Coordinating the sales network in the territory, interacting with the company's top figures Analysing the reference market and identifying new opportunities Developing the commercial plan, defining growth strategies and objectives in agreement with the ownership, aligned with the company's plans Managing the human capital, coordinating, enhancing, and motivating the employees in the commercial/marketing area - currently 10 agents - ensuring constant communication of strategic and operational guidelines to guide the team Optimizing sales performance Maintaining and strengthening commercial relationships with existing customers Ensuring the achievement of agreed objectives Requirements: Prior experience in the role and in coordinating commercial accounts Ability to be autonomous and proactive in defining strategies and objectives, managing relationships, collaborating with other organization members Workplace: Udine, with travel throughout the national territory Direct contract with the Company offered; the level and remuneration will be commensurate with actual experience, plus benefits.
