Main Activities Analyze the market and identify business potentials;Support the Management in negotiating agreements and objectives with represented brands and in defining the stock;Evaluate and define commercial programs for market development;Define commercial actions to support the defined programs involving responsible persons from other areas of the company;Define the marketing plan and budget with the Marketing Manager;Manage the company's commercial plan by assigning sales targets to the salespeople and continuously monitoring performance;Work alongside salespeople in managing specific clients and supporting them in handling complex negotiations;Ensure the data collection process and customer profiling, as well as the sales funnel, to feed the company's CRM;Ensure customer satisfaction monitoring;Analyze sales, process, and customer satisfaction data, regularly report trends, issues, and possible solutions to the company's Management;Organize, in collaboration with Marketing, corporate initiatives (events, fairs, etc.) to attract and retain customers;Support the company in selection, onboarding, motivation, and development of sales personnel.Requirements Fundamentals/Must-Haves Degree-level education;Several years of experience in commercial management roles within advanced and structured companies;Background in agricultural machinery and gardening equipment sector; expertise from related sectors such as agricultural supplies (fertilizers, seeds, animal feed, etc.), industrial vehicles, commercial vehicles may also be considered;Experience in developing and implementing marketing initiatives and organizing commercial events for new business development;Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team;Thorough knowledge of management systems and CRM;Preferences/Nice-to-Haves Thorough knowledge of management systems and CRM;English language proficiency;Excellent relational, communication, and negotiation skills;Strong market orientation and entrepreneurial spirit;Proactive and dynamic goal-oriented work approach;Ability to work closely with the Corporate Management.
