Number of positions: 2 Department: 908 - CLAS IT Department Contact Name: Jonathan Graziola Contact Phone/Extension: 610-519-5337 Position Summary Information Job Description Summary: The CLAS IT Resource Technician's scope of responsibilities range from but are not limited to training, equipment setup and basic troubleshooting as assigned by the Department of CLAS IT.
Requirements: - Excellent skills in communication, customer service, and time management.- Individual training sessions.- Website maintenance.- Quality control of CLAS computer labs.- Assisting with hardware assemblies.- Inventory tracking.- Moving and delivery of equipment.- Other special projects as assigned.
Additional Information: No technical experience is required.
Student workers will receive training from CLAS IT staff.
Physical Demands Summary: - Must be able to travel with a laptop.- Must be able to lift 20lbs.
