HiRevo Office Milano is the Gi Group team specialized and dedicated to enhancing the experiences, skills and potential of candidates in the accounting, sales, marketing, HR, legal, purchasing and office management fields.For a multinational operating in the oil & gas sector, we are looking for aResource and Workload Planning EngineerKey Activities and ResponsibilitiesPerform activities to issue the corporate workload report, under the guidance of the Resource and Workload Planning Senior Engineer, in full respect of the approved procedures and methodologies.Collect all the data from the project's team to timely issue the Workload report and provide the required information/analysis according to the approved procedures and methodologies.Analyze executive and future project data and point out to the Resource and Workload Planning Senior Engineer any discrepancies to be verified.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Workload methodologies and systems.RequirementsAt least 6 months of experience in the role.Fluency in English.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with a team of goal-oriented colleagues.You have the possibility to work from home or in the Milan office, based near the underground stop Porta Garibaldi Milano.
