Would you like to experience an unforgettable summer in a family-friendly environment where you'll find everything you love?Grand Palladium Sicilia wants to give you the opportunity to join our team as Resort Rooms Division Manager .Your mission will be to lead, plan, and monitor the various tasks and activities that arise from coordinating the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Service departments.We believe that everyone has something unique to offer… Join the Palladium team and discover it!Your main responsibilities will be: Qualitatively directing, planning, and monitoring the set of tasks and activities that make up the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Service departments Understanding the rack in the PMS and controlling and knowing each hotel room Coordinating and managing external companies collaborating with the hotel Achieving set objectives and motivating teams to work towards them Attending to all guests with problems or inconveniences that could not be resolved by the staff in charge Controlling costs of the various areas within your department Managing and controlling approved budgets Controlling and managing monthly and annual inventories of the departments in charge Coordinating the Rooms Division departments with Maintenance (reporting and controlling issues that involve room blockages, prioritizing pending tasks...), F&B, and others Promoting improvements in all departments under your charge to enhance results Ensuring the application and knowledge of the entire PHG documentation system Receiving reports from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Service, and Maintenance, and reporting to management Managing and participating in periodic accommodation area meetings Understanding and complying with the integrated quality, environment, and prevention policy Knowing the general company objectives and those specific to the establishment, disseminating them, and involving the staff in achieving them Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction during their stay Having knowledge of hotel facilities and the destination Keeping management informed of incidents and updates Knowing and complying with established internal regulations and, in any case, acting in accordance with instructions received from superiors and professional knowledge of the job Directing, training, supervising, and planning the set of activities of the staff under your charge Conveying rules and instructions dictated by your hierarchical superiors and Headquarters Collaborating with General Management and/or other departments What do we offer?: You will join Palladium Hotel Group, a Spanish company with international presence undergoing expansion, recognized for the fourth consecutive year as a Top Employer in Spain, Italy, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Jamaica.We offer a competitive salary policy, seasonal contracts, job stability, and training plans to provide opportunities for development and growth within the company at both national and international levels.You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural team with a winning mindset and composed of top professionals in the hospitality sector, keeping you updated with the latest trends in your area and the industry.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS To be a good fit, you should have: University degree in Tourism or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position High proficiency in Italian and English, basic knowledge of Spanish.Other languages are a plus Advanced knowledge of office automation and PMS We are waiting for you!
