You will be responsible for the process of managing the supply flows and production plans for the Engineered Material Resin business in EMEA, which includes:
- Represent SC in the EMEA Resin management team
- Coordinate EMEA Resin supply operations with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Quality, EHS, Commercial and Finance as well as external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Own, execute and lead the EMEA Resin SOP process
- Work closely with the EM EMEA Supply Manager and Site Supply Chain Managers to coordinate business decisions derived from SOP scenarios
- Accountable for the EMEA Resin SOE: Translate EMEA Resin forecast/sales demand into effective site related production, RM replenishment and FINI inventory management plans.
Follows-up on the execution of these plans according to service levels and inventory targets.
- Verification of available production capacities vs. loading plans.
If necessary, develop alternative production scenarios and report them for decision making together with recommendations
- Determine, establish and control of effective KPIs including variance analysis
- Responsible to deliver on agreed EMEA Resin service and inventory targets (e.g.
OTD, DDI) and to execute the inventory management processes (SMI,SOX, etc.
)
- Accountable for the E2E supply chain EMEA Resin performance towards customers (e.g.
OTD) across the entire APAC supply network
- Leads 1 direct report

**Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills**
- Work experience 5-10 years // Supply Chain (Planning) >5 years
- Profound and long-term SAP (ATP/MRP) planning experience required
- Proven Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel (must)
- Solid SC Planner experience (favorably in B2B large-scale manufacturing environment)
- Project Management and Change Management experience
- SOP/ IBP Planning/Implementation experience a plus
- Strong process orientation, data and results driven problem solver performant under enhanced levels of stress
