This growing, dynamic high-tech company headquartered in sunny Central Florida is seeking a Residential Account Director to join our Sales Team and grow with us.
The new Summit Broadband is poised for an incredible future fueled by team members dedicated to being the best.Position Summary:The Residential Account Director is responsible for selling to new residential bulk communities in the Southwest Florida area.
This position is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships through the term of their agreement to ensure renewal.
The Residential Account Director must be able to articulate the value proposition for Summit Broadband's unique position in the Southwest Florida marketplace.Job Description:Sell the full suite of services to bulk MDU'sPrepare documentation of sales orders and arrange for installation dateAssure customer satisfaction through follow upAchieve annual sales quota based on the number of units soldAttend property/committee meetings both pre-sale, transition, and post-launchMaintain required records and report of all sales and service activitiesGenerate new lead sources and develop new networking relationshipsCreate and maintain a prospect funnel including MDU contract expiration datesQualify sales opportunities and align internal resources for proper sales supportProvide data needed to analyze ROI on opportunitiesForecast and budget residential bulk revenueCollaborate with other departments (engineering, customer ops, construction, etc.)
to ensure new opportunities and sold solutions stay on schedule with Service DeliveryJob Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferredStrong sales experience in Information Technology is preferredExceptional public speaking and presentation skills are essentialExcellent written and oral communication skills requiredStrong negotiation skillsProficiency with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet softwarePrior experience with Salesforce a plusMust be able to pass criminal and drug testingMust have a clear driving recordMust keep current auto insurance with 250,000/500,000 coverage at all times throughout employmentPosition is located in Southwestern Florida; however, additional travel may be required.Summit Broadband is a Tobacco and Drug-Free Workplace.
