RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Property Services, Inc. has been in business since 1954 and specializes in the maintenance and renovation of investment properties including but not limited to apartments, office buildings, and smaller retail centers. Our Property Maintenance Service Techs are responsible for building structures and maintenance services for our residential and light commercial buildings on the properties with the exception of Housekeeping, Painting, and Landscaping Maintenance.
The Property Maintenance Service Technician must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, light carpentry, windows/doors, flooring, and all other residential maintenance and/or repairs as assigned. The technician must possess their own hand tools and small power tools (i.e., drill, etc.). Specialty equipment is supplied by the company.
Candidates must have the ability to speak, read, and write English clearly, lift and move at least 50 lbs. safely, and be available "on-call" for After-Hours Emergencies on a rotating schedule. To perform this job successfully, the employee must possess the knowledge and experience to perform each duty proficiently. Candidates must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test and background check. A valid driver's license and at least the state minimum insurance coverage are required.

Related Trade or Maintenance training certifications to the position helpful. EXPERIENCE Prior full-time Residential and/or Property Maintenance experience minimum 5 years. HVAC certification, a plus. Basic computer knowledge, a plus. SALARY AND BENEFITS Full-time 40-hour position with occasional overtime. Salary is based on proven training experience.
