Mission of the position During your time in this experience as a Resident Manager, you will develop in hotel management, frequently moving between different hotels.
Reporting to the General Manager of Meliá Milano and future assigned hotels, you will assume the following responsibilities once the established objectives are achieved at each hotel.
The Operations of the Hotel of the hotel: planning, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results from all Hotel Departments. Direct and inspire the high performance of hotel teams continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow. Ensure the smooth implementation of the procedures and policies of Meliá Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans. What are we looking for? A minimum of 2 -3 years of experience as an Resident Manager or similar positions. Preferably with experience luxury segment. Be able to be front the operations and guest focus. 360 degrees of Hotel Operations knowledge. University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies). International experience is preferred. Functional knowledge of all department operations. Rooms Division background is preferred. Attention to detail & a passion for excellence. Warm and dynamic person. Demonstrate ability of Human Resources Management & Talent Development. Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management. High geographical flexibility is preferred. English language is mandatory. Italian language is preferred. Geographical availability to move between different hotels within Italy and internationally.
