Onsite level 2 IT support for your users in hardware and software problems Previous experience in 2nd Level IT Support Familiar with ticketing systems Good English and fluent Italian Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products Your Tasks You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users: Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues You are exciting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach Location: Rosignano (fully onsite) Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to turn it into permanent) Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
