Job Description About the role Are you our new Reserve Account Executive for Rome? Are you passionate about nightlife and the cocktail bar world and luxury? We are looking for you! As Reserve Account Executive of Rome in the highly influential top-end On-Trade which is the heartland of the premium spirits world, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity and rate of sale of our brands through delivery of brand objectives. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Identification and segmentation of outlet universe: Identify all outlets falling in the description above within the assigned territory Assign outlets to relevant outlet category based on segmentation guidelines and record them through the CRM tool Visit outlets in the assigned territory based on call frequency established for the relevant outlet category Driving distribution of Diageo brands: Identify partnership opportunities with outlets in the assigned territory Working closely with the Account Manager and the distributor's sales team, identify distribution, pouring and activation opportunities in the territory Negotiate pouring, distribution and activation agreements based on company guidelines Implementation of Executional standards: Priority sales drivers (QDV3P) for relevant outlet category are driven in line with minimum executional standards as defined by customer marketing. Promotional Activities for our brands are implemented detailed, in line with Diageo Europe activity calendar. Ad hoc incremental opportunities are identified In-outlet performance and execution levels are accurately supervised and measured in CRM system In case of non-compliance, identify and drive corrective actions. Partnership: Working in coordination with the Account Manager of the territory in order to identify partnership opportunities with outlets served by wholesalers relevant for the RTC in the territory. Reporting line is to the Head of Reserve of Italy Portfolio : Core, Reserve, Innovation, Packaged beer Customers : Cocktail bars, night clubs, Hotel, restaurants, wineshops identified as Trend leading account and pacemakers About you Will to win; you get up every day with the strive to beat your predefined targets.
