About the role As Account Manager of Reserve outlets of North Italy in the highly influential top-end On-Trade, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our brands.

You will be responsible for: Reserve Customer plan: decide customer role/activity plans/investment profile to deliver planCustomer Business Performance Management: Defines Best view forecast & forward investment plan for the customer(s) across ItalyResponsible for triangulation between outlets and Distributors to close agreementsReserve Customer Budget accountability across ItalyCommercial Investment per all customers across ItalyManagement of all national Reserve projects and sales drivesWinter and summer hotspots accountabilityBe first point of contact for reserve account executivesManage a team of external agents Top 3 functional capabilities for this role: Highly connected with the Reserve environment Deep understanding of what is important to Reserve customers and use this insight to drive the creation and execution of a clear and powerful commercial planBrilliant relationships with key influencers in the industryCategory Knowledge across Spirits and TBA with experience in process, ingredients & provenance Relationship management with external and internal partners Skilled in developing customer and collaborator dedication, negotiating for win-win outcomesOperates proactively – and where vital reactively - to beat competitors. Brilliant Execution Understanding of where and how to target trade investment to improve return on investment whilst delivering for our customers.Efficiently balances short- and long-term performance goals in planning, execution, and evaluation of activity. About you Requirements to be successful in the role: A strong and broad track record in Commercial with experience in strategic planning with customersHighly skilled in encouraging dedication through advanced negotiation skills, resolving conflict, and crafting collaborationIn-depth understanding of distributors, key customers, and competitors: their businesses and their shoppers/drinkersAble to mentor account executives, both functional and leadership capability developmentProficient in English and Italian Working with us Flexibility This is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways.
