Reservations Agent Department: Revenue & Reservations Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time Location: Italy - Venice Description The incumbent of this position is responsible to materialize the maximum number of requests and reservations. Key Responsibilities ? Working with the reservations manager to handle priorities ? Checking availability and making guests' reservations based on their requests and needs ? Processing payments and sending booking confirmations or modifications ? Answering questions and solving issues about reservations ? Collaborating closely with the concierge and front desk team to handle guests'' special requests ? Liaising with the Sales team to resolve any issues, and handle site inspections and office visits'' information in the PMS ? Ensuring that all VIP and special requests information is efficiently saved in the PMS Skills, Knowledge and Expertise ? Good knowledge of Opera PMS ? At least 1 year of previous experience in the hospitality business (luxury field is preferred) ? Excellent proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. ?
