Report to: Reservation & Events Manager

Company Profile Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio is a 4-star hotel with 239 rooms, including 11 suites, all completely renovated with bright colours and unexpected details. The hotel features a Bistrot with Italian and international cuisine, a Bar, a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness centre, and 5 meeting rooms.

The property is part of Marriott International, the world's largest hotel brand, and Westmont Hospitality Group.

We are looking for a Reservations & Events Agent.

Main tasks Organize internal events and promote cultural activities in line with the Brand. Ensure groups and events are booked and converted in line with the hotel's strategy. Prepare all relevant BEO paperwork and ensure that all the information is communicated to the other departments. Organize all aspects of the Groups and Events processes, from the contract to pre-event logistics. On-site events management, post-event follow-up, and billing. Maximize customer satisfaction to ensure return of business. Manage individual and group bookings and assist the reservations team. What we are looking for: Service-focused personality with a guest-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example. Great communication skills. Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English. Knowledge of Marriott Standards or other international brands. Knowledge of PMS Opera. Good Excel skills and experience with Outlook and Word. Previous experience of at least 1 year is required.
