Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing seeks applicants for t he position of Research Technician to work on a project funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality titled "Prevention of Infections Through Appropriate Staffing." As part of this study, we will be conducting qualitative interviews with various healthcare personnel involved in infection prevention and control in acute care hospitals across the country. Responsibilities will include recruitment and enrollment, scheduling interviews, consent process, assistance with qualitative and quantitative data preparation and analyses; assistance with manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications and scientific abstracts for conferences; and other duties as assigned.Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. Research office space is available on campus for those who do not have Wifi or a private work location. Available workdays are Monday through Friday, with days/times subject to the study participants' availability and Research Technician's schedule.
