RESEARCH MANAGER/PROGRAM MANAGER/GRANT OFFICER RoleWithin the Foundation, reporting directly to the General Director, the role will have the objective of managing and monitoring the execution of strategic, organizational, and governance support services, coordinating a small (but with the possibility of expansion) team of resources.ActivityThe sought-after profile will be asked to carry out the following activities:Coordinate projects by monitoring all phases (initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure).Create the action plan and the implementation of the start-up actions of the assigned projects.Ensure the correct implementation of development activities.Define models and systems to support the governance, programming, and reporting of PNRR resources.Carry out analyses to identify all cost reduction opportunities and anticipate any potential project risks, identifying possible corrective actions.Define and estimate the main project indicators (costs, effort, risks, etc.) with a view to monitoring the progress with respect to the identified objectives and KPIs.Implement the tools and tools necessary for the implementation and monitoring of projects.Coordinate the human and economic resources of the various operational units involved.Collection and analysis of data and processing of reports.Wanted ProfileBackground and Hard Skills: Experience in the role, in structured and modernly organized companies/institutions/universities or similar experiences; Previous experience in managing funded projects; Excellent knowledge of the operating principles of national, European, and PNRR funding; Knowledge of the legislation linked to European projects; Mastery of project management techniques; Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word, Power Point, Excel).
