**YOUR TEAM**
You'd be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.
The selected person will work closely with junior and senior researchers, supporting them in all administrative activities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Organization of national and international travels of the staff
- Management of student and undergraduate affiliation
- Supporting hiring procedures for employees and collaborators
- Interface with the scientific representatives and the internal and external stakeholders for all secretarial-administrative matters
- Collaborate in the systematic archiving and conservation of supporting documents for expenses to prepare the relative reports
- Collaborate in the administrative management and monitoring of projects
- Support the preparation of reports and reporting files on all project activity
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- A master or bachelor degree in economic or scientific disciplines
- Documented experience in travel organization, administrative support and secretariat
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel
- A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
- Accuracy and good analytical skills
