About the Team
Workday is forming a high-performance Revenue Operations organization to steer us toward our goal of growing from $4B to $10B in revenue.
The RevOps Insights and Innovation group is a key player in fuelling this growth by providing thought leadership in RevOps analytics.
Our team is responsible for uncovering new insights, developing and testing new analytical approaches, and serving accurate and consistent ad hoc analysis to partners within different areas of the business.

About the Role
By joining us, you will be the ultimate thought-leaderon an assigned portfolio of metrics within the pipeline phase of the customer journey.
You will partner with key collaborators on large strategic projects, proactively uncover new insights and engage with internal teams on data-driven decisions to support future growth.
In terms of areas of impact, we will look to you to prepare a quarterly read-out of key trends and insights within assigned metric portfolio and share with our business functional leaders.
Our team collaborates internally to support pivotal initiatives with custom analysis, as well as proactively conducts strategic analysis based on own questions and findings and engages with stakeholders on how they might act on those insights.
As a Sales Analytics - Research & Insights Analyst, you will own official definition and follow data governance process for recommending and considering requests for updates.
In this sense, working with Analytics Data Specialists to implement metrics accurately in data models and metric documentation, as well as advising Data Stewardship team on base data issues affecting metrics will be crucial.
About You
Basic Qualifications
Experience working with data sets to uncover business insights
Other Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and other BI tools preferred
Cloud data warehouse experience a bonus
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Takes initiative and tackles challenges with enthusiasm
Excellent collaboration, executive presence, and storytelling skills
