Your responsibilities and tasks: Leads the planning of the activities on a weekly basis of technology center trials related to internal projects development and customers proposals linked to offers in place (30% of time) Responsible for machine list definition for budget and binding offers related to special and customized solutions originating from sales department (20% of time) Responsible for final product KPI definition from a Process Technology point of view and work strictly alongside with Engineering department in order to clearly define the technological warranties to be implemented (20% of time) Plans and organizes the team technicians' interventions in collaboration with Installation & Commissioning and Help Desk Teams with attention to cost and time and respect for priorities (20% of time) Responsible for ensuring to provide technological assistance (remote or in-person) during start-up, training and after sales activities (10% of time) People Management Ensures the application of effective and efficient quality and safety methods and procedures on the related processes. Travel costs budget monitoring and controlling Your profile and qualifications: Food-related industrial process engineering Experience in industrial plant manufacturing companies Preferably from sector entailing extrusion and lamination process technologies Experience in industrial plant start-ups and commissioning Experience in process technical aftersales requests analysis and management English Language, second language preferable Strong communication skills to manage internal team, deal with external functions and customers as sales technical support Leadership Skills Ability to lead international projects and initiatives GEA is an equal opportunity employer.
