Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Bioinformatic Research Assistant at the NeuroEpigenetics laboratory, CIBIO.
The Research Assistant will be conducting bioinformatic analyses, especially focusing on gene-expression, alternative splicing, and back-splicing (circRNAs) detection and quantification.
No PhD required!
The study, funded by a PRIN-PNRR 2022, aims at dissecting the molecular convergence in Autism Spectrum Disorders, assessing the impact of Loss-of-Function mutations in the most highly replicated risk factors on transcription, neuronal linear, and back-splicing processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include organizing, collecting, and analyzing data, and contributing to research publications.
