The role requires participation in defining business requirements and functional analysis of new product features, and recommending appropriate solutions with a product view.Main Responsibilities:Participate in studies to evaluate business requirements and identify appropriate solutions, supporting replicability.Identify and formalize business requirements of internal and external customers, acting as an interface between business representatives, functional representatives, and IT to analyze, document, and validate required business processes.Interface with software developers to explain solutions and check the progress of software development.Develop new analyses using Business Intelligence tools.Prepare demos of the solution and support pre-sales activities to describe solution features.Support post-sales activities in complex problem resolutions.Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.Operate in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, and established quality standards and assigned schedules.Proactively contribute to team goals by integrating work with peers and promoting a teamwork attitude while respecting execution plans.Plan and define test cases and draft documents.Involvement in execution and test management capabilities.Desired Skills Experience:Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Good knowledge of the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint).Good knowledge of functional analysis and testing procedures.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex information and adapt it as needed.4-5 years of experience.Good relational skills and flexibility.Must Have:English fluency (spoken/written) is a prerequisite for employment.Place of Work: BolognaWe offer a safe and inclusive environment where colleagues are encouraged to think outside the box.
