Position: Research Analyst
Location: Milan, Italy
Role Overview:
This position is critical for supporting business growth and editorial strategic decisions for various brands in Italy. It involves analyzing brand performance, audience metrics, linear forecasting, context, competition analysis, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Support revenue growth by collaborating with strategy and Ad Sales teams to provide forecasts and analysis.Act as the point of contact for internal partners, including brand, comms & PR, and marketing teams.Provide data and insights to support business growth in the region.Conduct regular and ad-hoc tasks, interpreting data to identify performance trends and opportunities.Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with needs and expectations.Key Requirements: Around 2 years of experience in research analytics and data provision.Knowledge of linear and non-linear metrics in the broadcast/entertainment industry, with a focus on the Italian market.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V Lookup, etc.).Hands-on technical skills, ideally with industry-specific tools (experience with Techedge is appreciated).Passion for the media and entertainment industry.Curious, proactive, and collaborative spirit.Additional Requirements: Proficient in Italian and English.Strong analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Paramount is an equal opportunity employer (EOE), and we are committed to inclusivity and diversity in our workplace.
