Program Structure During the program, you will rotate through four different areas, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the market research process: 1.
Operations: Learn how research is implemented, executed, and delivered.
This includes questionnaire programming, translation, sampling, field coordination, data processing, and results visualization.
Key Areas: Project feasibility analysis, cost and timeline monitoring, job opening and closing, briefing organization and support, field monitoring, recruitment of interviewers, CATI methodology, questionnaire design, statistical data processing, and coding.

Project Management Specialist: Support quantitative research projects from quotation and planning to statistical analysis and charting.
Key Activities: Project setup, quote management, fieldwork monitoring, online and offline research coordination, diagnostic analysis using research tools, data interpretation, charting, and report preparation.

Qualitative Research, PM Fieldwork (UU): Join Ipsos UU (Understanding Unlimited), a global leader in qualitative research.
Go beyond data and transform numbers into real stories by exploring people's lives, needs, aspirations, and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to research design, questionnaire development, and project launch.
Assist with discussion guide creation, project planning, and management.
Participate in online and offline fieldwork through note-taking and contribute to the final report.
4.
Service Line - Quantitative Research: Gain fundamental market research skills within a quantitative service line.
Key Activities: Analyses client briefs, design questionnaires, define target samples, analyse data, and report findings using PowerPoint.
Who We Are Looking For We seek curious and passionate individuals with: a Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Marketing, or Psychology.
excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
fluent English language skills.
