And that's where you come in.AccountabilitiesRequirement Management project database: Configuration and ManagementProject Engineer support for requirements management purpose during all project life cycleSystem Engineering support for requirements development respecting traceabilitySupporting responsible to define the Requirement Management Plan (RMP)perform analysis of defects/incidents to find the root cause of problemRequirements Engineering process during all project life cycleRequirements KPIs analysisTechnical support to enable improved project deliverables (e.g.
CAD, GPLM, etc)Required Skills/ KnowledgeKnowledge in Requirement Management disciplineDeep Knowledge of the IBM DOORS tool and DXL LanguageLiaise with clients and the system design authority to confirm system requirementsAdvanced knowledge in MS Office software package (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point)Analyse stakeholder needs and expectations to establish the requirements for the project or systemCreate and maintain the project requirements in DOORSProvide project requirements management progress and KPI reportsKnowledge of V life cycleBasic knowledge of Rail Transit Subsystem.Problem solving capabilityCommunicate EffectivelyTeam working capabilityWorking under stressAt least 3 years of experience in similar positions is a preferential titleEducation / QualificationsElectrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/Associate Degree or equivalent technical background.
LanguagesEnglish fluent.
