Representative Manager - Window Industry

With production facilities across Ukraine, they serves clients globally, including in the USA, UAE, and Europe
Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the Window or Building industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with construction companies, architects, and contractors, and will play a key role in expanding our sales network across Europe.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct regular client visits to present products, build long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery, and commercial terms; manage contracts and order processing.Organize product presentations and demonstrations; participate in exhibitions and industry events.Analyze market trends and competitor activity; provide reports to support strategic planning.Develop and execute sales plans to exceed targets; maintain detailed activity records and report to management.Gather customer feedback for product improvements and resolve client issues.Requirements : Extensive knowledge of the building and facade industry.Proven sales, negotiation, and deal-closing experience.Strong communication and presentation skills.Analytical ability to assess market trends and data.Willingness to travel across Europe regularly.Valid Category B driving license (car provided if needed).The selected candidate will be critical in expanding our sales network and market presence across Europe.
