Representative Manager - Window Industry

We are hiring for the leading Ukrainian manufacturer of PVC and aluminum structures, as well as large and custom double-glazed windows.
With production facilities across Ukraine, they serves clients globally, including in the USA, UAE, and Europe Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the Window or Building industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with construction companies, architects, and contractors, and will play a key role in expanding our sales network across Europe.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular client visits to present products, build long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery, and commercial terms; manage contracts and order processing.
Organize product presentations and demonstrations; participate in exhibitions and industry events.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity; provide reports to support strategic planning.
Develop and execute sales plans to exceed targets; maintain detailed activity records and report to management.
Gather customer feedback for product improvements and resolve client issues.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge of the building and facade industry.
Proven sales, negotiation, and deal-closing experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Analytical ability to assess market trends and data.
Willingness to travel across Europe regularly.
Valid Category B driving license (car provided if needed).
