Job Description:
Our Client, an important multinational Group operating in FMCG, is currently looking for a REPORTING AND ANALYTICS SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER Who will report to the Reporting and Analytics Director and will be part of the Global Business Service organization, supporting the corporate optimization of processes through technological transformation.Main Activities:
Support the R&A Marketing Sales & SC Manager/Director on the definition of Supply Chain business requirements and Group FP&A strategic and operative guidelines, as well IT recommendations in terms of technical and data architecture solutionsEngage Group/Regional FP&A and IT organization, to co-drive the definition of the requirements, the design and the preparatory analysis with business functionsReference point for IT and external vendor in term of priority, data management, dashboard creation, delivery and maintenanceSet up and oversee demand management process, through proper demand request flowManage the Data integrator in all the process from demand to delivery Work with the Plants to guarantee the reporting needs are satisfied Be the point of contact for the embedded reporting for Supply ChainGuarantee continuous improvement and quality controlsCreate training contents, videos and manage the communication with the key stakeholdersRelease and provide recurring reporting tobusiness functions, to be validated by business, securing harmonization, optimization, efficiency and automation among geographies and stakeholdersMonitor the use of reports and consumer satisfactionKey relationships with:
internal Group and Regional FP&A, Group and Regional IT, Group and Regional leaders of business functions.
External outsourcers and Senior ConsultantsRequirements:
University Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g.
Business Economic/Engineering/Mathematics, etc.
)Years of experience around 5-8, either in Consulting or in CorporateBackground in Consulting or in similar positions in CorporateTechnological understanding, digital skills and mindset Knowledge of Excel, PPT, SAP and understanding of other systems.
Power BI is considered a plusConsolidated experience in digital reporting solutions and dynamic reporting and analyticsUnderstanding of data and digital technologies to envisage how the firsts can be translated into the secondsStrong cross functional business process understanding consolidated on field experienceExperience in Supply Chain function and in a plant environmentBusiness oriented and service approach, curiosity, empathy and awareness to effectively communicate and interact with business functions to gather their requirementsExpertise in managing outsourcing partners and consultantsProject managementStrong attitude in leading change management and buy-in with different business stakeholders, and ability to influenceFluent English is mandatory; a second fluent language is required
