**Mission**
Ensure development and maintenance and manage a steady F&A governance framework, in compliance with F&A policies and procedures, stepping into projects with financial/economic impact.
Provide administrative support to the local worldwide administration departments improving administrative services of the local companies.
Profilo
**Main Accountabilities**
- Measure effectiveness of existing F&A processes and procedure.
Research and benchmarks F&A process design from a variety of sources.
Follow a systematic methodology to evaluate, design and implement process or technology changes to measurable business benefit.
Assess potential adverse consequences of process change.
- Assess the implications of new solutions with F&A impact.
Define the requirements and quantify the business benefits.
Manage the deployment of change, taking into account structural and cultural issues.
Maintain business and process continuity throughout change, monitoring the impact, taking any required remedial action and refining approach.
- Organize periodical meeting with different F&A functions, to analyze and assess different processes and procedures.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of F&A processes and procedures within and among countries and regions in compliance with internal control and law requirements.
- Provide adequate training/support to new F&A colleagues on closing activities, including accounting treatments, closing process, reporting tools, etc.
- Provide adequate support to local F&A Department in case of need due to lack of personnel or in case of special projects (start up, significant IT tools implementation, significant changes in accounting treatments)
- Ensure the training and coaching of the resources and development of teamwork & transversal cooperation.
**Technical skills**
- Degree in Economics/ Management Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
- IT Applications (Office, SAP/BW, Power BI, etc)
- Business Knowledge
