What you'll do: You will join the team of Retail Operations and in particular the Repair Production business, reporting directly into the Retail Operations Director.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in activities and projects about design, development, implementation and laboratory production and repair of Sisal Retail products: Betting, Lotteries, Awp and VLT devices and technology.
You will directly manage 3 Repair Production Site Managers and 1 Back Office Team Leader.
The whole team is made of 60 people for 8 production sites spread over Italy with one site specifically focused on product and technical innovation.
You will manage and monitor repair production projects, planning and delivery keeping track of a mixed production model made of 70% of internal production and 30% delivered by external suppliers.
You will be accountable as a high-level and highly-organized project manager.
You are responsible for a keen and efficient stock management to be delivered to the entire Supply Chain along with steady monitoring of budgets, well-thought cost optimization and KPIs such as production timings, increasing internalization of production and process improvement.
You have to foster innovation and create new best practices and ways of working.
You will have to often visit the sites of Lecco and Peschiera Borromeo and also visit the other sites when needed.
Who you are: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
You are proactive, flexible, collaborative and communicative.
You know how to manage people and how to work in a team.
You know how to organize and plan activities in order to achieve your targets.
Preferably, you also have: Previous experience in repair laboratory activities or similar projects.
Basic knowledge of budget management, software and hardware gaming technology.
