Job Summary: Rossignol Group is looking for a seller to work alongside the team to support all operations of the Rossignol store and rental in Valtur Ski Resort – Cervinia Aosta. The role supports the Store Manager in driving an innovative, exceptional customer experience, in an effort to operate sales profitably.
The Sales assistant is willing to inspire their team and colleagues and has the ability to motivate people with a dynamic work approach.
Responsibilities: Serving the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes;Provide an elevated customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating a good knowledge of products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage;Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories;Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots;Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease;Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards;Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions;Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business;Maintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and procedures.Qualifications: 3+ years of retail experience including sales, rental, customer service and merchandising.Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays.Excellent communication skills.Fluency in English and possibly Eastern European language.Benefits: monthly bonuses, annual bonus, discounted rates on products and much more.
