We're Looking For: A passionate and skilled developer to join as a Technical Co-Founder. You should have: Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficient in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular). Strong back-end development experience with frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for scalable deployment. Skilled in database management (SQL, NoSQL). AI and Machine Learning: Experience in creating or training AI models, particularly using ChatGPT APIs. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Ability to integrate AI into web applications to enhance user experience. Product Development: Proven experience in building and launching web or mobile applications. Understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure a user-friendly design. Ability to work in an agile development environment. Leadership and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical team members. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving. Experience mentoring or leading a development team is a plus. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of experience in full-stack development. Previous experience in the EdTech industry is a plus, but not required. Your Role: As a Technical Co-Founder, you will: Lead the development of the RiseNex platform from concept to launch. Implement and optimize AI-driven simulations to enhance user experience. Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product vision and strategy.
