Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting prospects and developing relationships with potential clients. You will also assist the marketing team to implement, improve, and report on various marketing campaigns, systems, and assets for our organization.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. Success in this role will also be measured on correct and on-time implementation, upkeep, and management of all marketing collateral, campaigns, and systems, as well as the meticulous upkeep of our database and CRM. Specifically:

Your ability to flawlessly organize, implement, manage, and report on the company's various marketing campaigns and systems so they produce the expected results. Your ability to maintain and build the company's database and CRM systems with error-free accuracy. This involves online research and calling. Responsibilities: Calling: Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (mostly follow-up after a marketing campaign). Reporting: Provide weekly marketing reports to the CEO on leads generated, the source of those leads, cost per lead, sales closed, conversion percentages, and ROI. CRM Management: Assist in creating and managing various campaigns in the company's CRM. Outbound Campaigns: Assist in implementing weekly prospecting campaigns, both online and offline. Lead Management: Manage the inbound lead cleaning and follow-up process to ensure all inbound leads are qualified, cleaned, tracked, and followed up on according to our follow-up process. (NOTE: You won't be responsible for managing the sales team, but you will assist the CEO in reviewing inbound leads to ensure they are followed up on as expected.) Skills Required: Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls). Deep understanding of CRM and some understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Advanced skills with Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel. Candidate must be able to work with database files and Excel spreadsheets containing data. Ability to properly format marketing communications, emails, and sales letters. Ability to create a production schedule and follow it. Ability to work under deadlines and on schedule. Ability to plan work so that it is completed on time. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working in business development or marketing (preferably IT related or Small Business). Bachelor's degree in a related field. Salary: $1100-1300 Monthly Salary

Work Schedule: Weekends off, 44 hours a week.

Remote Role: Nearshore Applicants - Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras.
