Job Summary: In the Sales Development Representative role, the right candidate is responsible for prospecting potential new clients and booking appointments for the Business Development Representative to conduct with a Sales Engineer to close IT services contracts. This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, lead generation, and setting appointments via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building relationships with prospects through various prospecting methods including calling, emailing, and social media to identify new business opportunities and drive growth. Identifying qualified opportunities and booking appointments. Nurturing early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential. Generating business and meeting quota through prospecting activity and sales goals. Maintaining records of key business intelligence with key influencers and decision makers. Cold calling, prospecting, and converting calls to actual booked meetings with a proven record in lead generation. Building a book of business and leveraging all methods of generating leads. Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the Internet required. Familiarity with IT Services/Professional Services is a plus. Recent Sales Development experience with a proven track record of 2 years or more. Exceptional people skills. Good written and spoken English; native preferred. Disciplined to follow up and work on cadences. Self-starter, motivated for growth, and resilient. Qualifications Education: High school diploma; some higher education preferred. Formal and/or technology support/training and certifications are strongly preferred.
Location: Fairfield, CA
Position is: Remote Nearshore (El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua)
Weekly Hours: 44 hours, weekends off
Pay Monthly: $1,100-$1,300 US monthly
