We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Advisor Agent in Moschato (Athens).
As a Customer/Tech Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers.
You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.
