[Remote] B2B Inside Sales / Appointment Setter, Outbound Calls to USA Businesses Location: Cairo, Egypt Salary: Monthly Base Pay + Incentives (average annual total comp. 692,600 - 735,800 EGP) Incentives: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually Benefits: health insurance stipend, 10 paid holidays, 15 days of paid time off Job Type: Full-time, 40 hrs/wk; Monday-Friday, between 9:00 am-5:00 pm U.S. East Coast Hours Start Date: beginning of October Description We are an established US-based company looking for remote inside salespeople to join our B2B sales calling efforts. Our US and Philippine based teams have been working alongside one another since 2018 and we're looking to grow our team and global footprint. We have high expectations for our hardworking team and are proud of the multi-year tenure our average inside sales team members have. In this role, you will make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses with the goal of generating interest and scheduling introductory meetings. After paid training, you'll receive a prospect list and be provided with access to web-based calling technology. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable being pleasantly persistent on the phone and laser-focused on uncovering needs. You will work in a blended team of colleagues from the US, Philippines, and Egypt, in a supportive and goal-oriented environment with weekly group calls, bi-weekly one on one trainings, and an approachable leadership. Responsibilities Manage an assigned number of calls in a timely mannerBe very familiar with the talking points and make them your own when handling different topicsEngage prospects and seize opportunities to set meetingsFrequently review updated scripts/talking points to improve knowledge and performance levelMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Qualifications 2+ years of B2B phone-based inside sales experience required2+ years of USA-focused B2B cold-calling / meeting setting experience requiredFluency in English is requiredArticulate and comfortable speaking to decision makers on the phone requiredAbility to quickly absorb talking points requiredA quiet and uninterrupted working space/environment requiredReliable working computer and computer headset with microphone requiredComfortable downloading and operating software requiredAccess to fast, reliable WIRED internet for your computer required (not Wi-Fi or mobile)General availability for 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, between 9 am-5 pm US East Coast business hours
