Responsibilities The Reliability Engineer role is to improve customers' reliability forward.
In this position, you are responsible for: Developing and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies at customer projects.
Participating in preventive maintenance plan development and maintenance master data projects.
Designing and creating preventive maintenance routes on customer site.
Managing and facilitating problem-solving.
Facilitating and training in Root Cause Analysis.
Developing off-line condition monitoring.
Implementing and developing maintenance by using RCM or other methodologies.
Introducing innovative maintenance practices.
Creating training programs.
Developing and participating in daily maintenance work planning.
Networking with industry peers.
Developing and participating in shutdown planning.
Collecting and analyzing KPI and CMMS data.
Participating in maintenance operations audits and preparing reports and recommendations.
Qualifications We wish you to have a master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering.
You are an experienced mill maintenance professional with at least 5 years of experience in mill maintenance operations as part of daily operations as well as reliability improvement of production lines.
You have strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems, preferably from SAP.
You also enjoy working with people and are not afraid of sharing your insights.
This global role requires your willingness and ability to travel 80-100 days per year on an international basis.
