There is positive outlook for the maintenance development and operations development services in the market.Reliability Engineer role is to improve customers reliability forward.In this position you are responsible for:Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategies at customer projectsParticipate in preventive maintenance plan development and maintenance master data projects.
Design and make preventive maintenance routes on customer site.Manage and facilitate problem solvingFacilitate and train Root Cause AnalysisDevelop off-line condition monitoringImplement and develop maintenance by using RCM or other methodologies.Introduce innovative maintenance practicesCreate training programsDevelop and participate daily maintenance work planningNetwork with industry peersDevelop and participate in shutdown planningCollect and analyze KPI and CMMS dataParticipate maintenance operations audits and prepare reports and recommendationsWe wish you to have master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering.You are experienced mill maintenance professional and have at least 5 years of experience in mill maintenance operations at the mill as part of daily operations as well as reliability improvement of production line.You have strong problem solving skills and proficiency in computerized maintenance management system preferably from SAP.
You also enjoy working with people and you're not afraid of telling your insight.
