Relationship Manager We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join the Italian branch of a European bank. Description In this role, you'll be mainly focused on Business Development and act as the primary contact point for a large number of our high-value corporate clients, driving business growth through strategic relationship-building and a deep understanding of their global needs. You'll work closely with the relatively small team in Milan that is supported by the many international teams across the Group to help business grow and deliver tailored financial solutions. In this international context, the Relationship Manager is a jack of all trades and wears many hats among: Commercial: You'll be responsible for business development, prospecting, and expanding our current customer portfolio while servicing existing client relationships. Risk awareness / assessment: An important aspect of your day-to-day job is to ensure you know your clients thoroughly to reduce any potential risk involved. Payments: You know your way around and can explain how payments (both international and domestic), cash management, and the likes work. Credits: With your excellent credit skills for analyzing and inputting financial information, along with a deep understanding of lending products, including invoice discounting, and familiarity with legal aspects and loan documentation, you'll be responsible for representing your clients' lending needs and promoting it to the credit committee through your own credit applications. You'll simulate pricing, create term sheets, perform loan administration, and annually follow-up and review the credit files.
