Job Description
General/Position Summary
Conducting activities to support the affiliate to increase quality and business process controls culture in preparation of internal and external audits.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to Regulatory & Quality Responsible person
Support the implementation of activities and projects in collaboration with Medical/Marketing/GAAP/PAGs for meeting local requirements in terms of scientific information
Monitors and tracks events and identifies/proposes corrective actions for standard processes
Supports in identification and communication of gaps in control to management
Assists with the generation of process related metrics/monitors for efficiency
Harmonizes document archives in across departments
Supports in monitoring of regulations
Supports evaluations of best practices
Required Education Level
Bachelor's degree in scientific or legal field
Required Knowledge/Skills
Ability to navigate in legal/regulatory environments
Fluent written and spoken English
MS Office
