Mission & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Regulatory, Product Safety & Environment Coordinator, the key responsibilities are:
Support in collecting the correct documentation (ex FSC, LOA…) for the registration in the worldwide markets and to provide it to the Country Authorities.Support in collecting and shipping samples for China registrations.Support Regulatory and labelling compliance of non-cosmetics products, such as Candles and Home Diffusers (REACH, CLP and all the related regulations).Support the Packaging team in Regulatory topics (ex blacklist,..).Support in the Environment and Sustainability topics.RequirementsUniversity Degree in Chemistry, Biology or a Master in Regulatory Affairs is required.A first experience in a beauty company in similar roles are a plus.Flexible, proactive and collaborative attitude.Highly organized and precise.Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and Office suites.Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
