About the jobPOSITION OVERVIEWReporting to the Global Sales Operations Director, the Regional Sales Operations Analyst helps and supports the sales team and assists the Sales Operations Manager/VP Sales EMEA with reporting and sales operations issues.In addition, this role reviews and analyzes sales data to discover areas needing improvement and defines company sales strategies to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth.Overview of Job RequirementsOverarching perspective of company sales strategies, departmental structure, and overall revenue growth.Managing sales processes and identifying emerging market opportunities.Successfully managing the sales support team and ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.Proactively monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.Building peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.Providing input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.Reporting sales plans and results to management and making recommendations for future objectives.Working with Accounting and Finance to provide assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures.Coordinating training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the supported sales organization.Basic QualificationsUniversity degree or equivalent proven working experience.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to multi-task.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong analytical and research skills.Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions.Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to make difficult decisions and use good judgment within the scope of authority.Strong interpersonal skills to interface with employees and the management team.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on all assignments/projects.Ability to work under pressure.Flexibility and adaptability.Familiarity with reporting and process management and effective communication skills.Advanced negotiation and sales skills.Preferred QualificationsExcellent English oral and written communication skills.Intermediate Salesforce level knowledge.Other languages recommended.Good Excel skills essential, confidence with Pivot tables.LOCATION: Italy, Cyprus.
