What you will doWe offer you an exciting and challenging position in a dynamic and international team.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be able to become an expert in a thrilling technological environment.
Your role will have a significant impact on growing our business further.At this position, you will be responsible for growth and profitable sales of our Johnson Controls Security Products, Access control and Video brands in Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
You will be part of the European sales team, in particular the Europe South team across the Mediterranean Sea, and will directly report to the Sales Director in Belgium.
After a thorough and detailed on-boarding with your team, you will develop strong partner relationships with our internal and external partners in order to drive sales further.
How you will do itVisit both existing and potential partners in order to create new business and promote our portfolio.
This includes the negotiation of pricing and conditions with partners on specific projectsOrganize partner events (e.g.
Technology Days) and assist at Trade shows as well as seminars in order to promote our portfolioGather, analyse and organise data concerning the market, partners and competitors in order to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to our product and marketing organisationLiaise with key players ranging from Facility and Security Managers of customers, to Architects and Consultants, and General Contractors in the Decision Making ProcessAdminister your sales activities and provide continuous support to partners when needed, such as following-up on incoming orders, keeping partners informed, monitoring and controlling the information flow and arranging product sales trainings.What we look forBachelors or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related fieldExperience in Security industryTeam player as well as a good individual achieverHunter personalityStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsStrong negotiation skillsAnalytical mind-set and can-do attitudeThrilled to learn new technologiesNative Italian and fluent communicator in English.
