As an expert professional in your area, you generate orders by managing clients and resources, providing a complete portfolio of Sysmex solutions and services in the clinical laboratory environment. Responsibilities: Develop the business and achieve sales targets, expanding Sysmex's market share in the assigned business segment. Manage the commercial team, activities, and the preparation and execution of the sales plan. Engage directly with policymakers and stakeholders that influence the regional healthcare system. Manage the CRM/Sales Funnel (Opportunity Management) and ensure that all tenders are properly mapped and prepared. Interact with Marketing to foster alignment with the marketing plan and its implementation. In this role you will: Identify the main market trends. Transform these trends into actions and products in accordance with the global strategy. Embrace responsibility for key accounts. Participate in conferences and fairs. Representing Sysmex in the market: Regularly visit key clients within accounts to establish strong contacts on ongoing or future business. Manage offer and tender processes, coordinating the commercial department and other resources, setting prices according to competitor availability. Direct large tenders and ensure a structured approach across the team. Engage with centralized procurement organizations at both national and regional levels. Ensure your team actively uses the CRM and maintains data quality. Analyze data from the CRM/Sales Funnel and tender mapping to make informed decisions and prioritize resources. Management of commercial departments: Manage employees/resources and set tasks and objectives (e.g., propose commissions/plans and salary and bonus reviews, manage verification and appraisal of sales agents, approve expense reports for the sales organization). Drive excellence in sales processes and help implement best practices. Ensure that employees have adequate support, training, and evaluation, keeping them engaged and motivated. Manage and ensure the progress and quality of work. Lead and participate in team projects. Job requirements: University degree or equivalent experience in this field. Native in Italian and fluent in English. General professional experience: At least 10 years in sales management roles. At least 5 years of experience in the IVD industry. 3-5 years in people management. Direct experience in Hematology and/or Haemostasis is a plus. Professional experience for the position: Experience in sales processes (OGP; CRM, Sales Funnel). Experience in managing large tenders. Management capacity (Leader). Product knowledge (Expert).
