ROCCO FORTE HOTELSITALIAN REGIONAL OFFICESFlorence REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE The regional office looks after the Rocco Forte Hotels in the Italian region, including the Hotel Savoy in Florence, the Hotel de Russie and Hotel De La Ville in Rome, the Verdura Resort and Villa Igiea in Sicily, and Masseria Torre Maizza in Puglia.
Each hotel reflects the unique character of its location while adhering to the family philosophy and design typical of Rocco Forte Hotels.
Main purpose: The key role of a Sales Executive is to manage all incoming leads with an aim for converting business for the properties.
She/he works closely with the Proactive teams to support each step of the 'enquiry life cycle' when required.
Reports to: Regional Director of Sales.
Main duties responsibilities: Support the Director of Sales in achieving regional budget goals and in the overall sales strategy; Direct e-mailing management of the target market, within the required timescales; Constantly update the intranet network with photos, promotions, and news; Conduct site inspections; Draft sales proposals and contracts; Identify new business contacts and analyze market trends; Control and manage the major Networks portals; Support in inserting profiles and bookings into the system; Plan, organize, and manage Fam trips; Timely update and manage internal databases; Support in market and performance activities analysis.
