Your JobThe Equipment, Technology, and Services group of KES is building a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) capability. We need an experienced, driven, creative thinker, who is skilled in facilitating the S&OP process that can be a part of the design, build, and standup of a global S&OP.Our Sales & Operating Plans are critical to how we manage our business – how we predict and plan for demand, how we run and optimize our production assets, how much inventory we hold around the world, and how we collaborate and drive the most critical strategies in our business.Our TeamYou will be working as part of a dynamic team Sales and Operations Planning team. This team has a broad range of knowledge and experience fromdifferent backgrounds. This role supports Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India. The successful candidate will report to the Global S&OP Director and be based or inDudelange (Luxembourg) or Vimercate (Italy).What You Will DoWork with regional commercial teams and global product owners to build demand forecastWork with regional operations, engineering and design, finance, and key stakeholders to develop optimized supply plans with a range of outcomes to meet global demandFraming decisions with recommended courses of action and economics on capacityoptimizationConduct scenario analysis, opportunity framing and decision support in supply strategies, market demand, asset planning and supply chain network designUse, maintain, upgrade current planning systems/knowledge system and profitable implementation of technology to improve speed and effectiveness of decision makingInput into long term capacityinvestmentCoordinate and influence key activities in sales, finance, logistics, operations, sourcing, and commercial leadership to arrive at a viable business plan for the product lines within a regionWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Proven experience within S&OP, supply chain or similar rolesBachelor's degree or higher in?finance, supply chain, management, business or related areaDemonstrated analytical capability, managing, and organizing multiple inputs and outputsDemonstrated ability to build relationships with others to gain trustFluent in Englishand any other language such as French or Italian is a plusExperience working with diverse teams and holding others accountableAvailability to travel up to 25% of work time, mostly in EuropeWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in critical chain theory, ERP systems, and supply chain planning/optimization systemsUnderstanding and experience in using advanced analytics in driving better decisionsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
